Terms and Conditions for Prestige Visuals

1. Introduction

Welcome to Prestige Visuals! By booking a photography or videography service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both parties.

2. Booking and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session date.

Payment can be made via form of Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Paypal or Apple Pay.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in the loss of the deposit.
  • In the event Prestige Visuals needs to cancel, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Copyright and Usage

  • Prestige Visuals retains the copyright to all images and videos. Clients receive a license for personal or commercial use as agreed upon.
  • Clients may not alter, sell, or distribute images without prior consent.
  • Prestige Visuals reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Session Guidelines

  • Clients must arrive on time for their session. Additional time may not be provided for late arrivals.
  • Any additional requests (location changes, outfit changes, extended time) may be subject to additional fees.
  • Prestige Visuals is not responsible for uncooperative subjects, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the outcome of the session.

6. Delivery and Editing

  • Standard turnaround time for edited images is 1-5 business days. Rush editing may be available for an additional fee.
  • Minor retouching is included; extensive editing requests may incur additional charges.
  • Raw images are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.

7. Liability and Indemnity

  • Prestige Visuals is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the session.
  • In the unlikely event of data loss, camera failure, or unforeseen issues, liability is limited to a full refund or rescheduling of the session.

8. Agreement
